Mr. Womack had previously served at multiple DFW Based companies including Paladin Consulting, ARMS, Akili Systems Group as well as serving as an Owner / Partner / Producer for Resulté Universal. Mr. Womack helped grow Resulté Universal from 2 to 30 million in revenue and served as a Principal member in the sell of Resulté to Spherion (operating as Technisource), a Public staffing firm, with over $2 billion in revenues. In addition, Mr. Womack served as co-founder and producing partner of Dallas-based VSG Consulting, Inc. Principal member of the company’s sale to Headway Corporate Resources, Inc., a publicly held staffing firm with revenue of more than $370 million.
